Fees and Insurance
Self-pay fees/cost of counseling services
Initial intake (first appointment): $200
Counseling sessions (all subsequent sessions): $150

Fees are the same regardless of how many family members are present in the session.

The initial intake session is generally 60 minutes.

Subsequent counseling sessions are 45-60 minutes, depending on the presenting issues and what is determined to be clinically appropriate.

Insurance
Our therapists are in-network with the following insurance companies:

Kancare/Medicaid (all three companies in Kansas including United Healthcare Community Plan, Sunflower, and Aetna Better Health)

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas (BCBS of KS)

United Healthcare/UBH (only Stacy Johnson is in network)

Cigna (only Stacy Johnson is in network)

Other important information
Payment is due at the time of service. This includes any payments toward deductibles, copays, or coinsurance required by your insurance company. If you are a self-pay client, the full fee is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, HSA cards, and all major credit cards.
